🚨 SCAM ALERT: Protecting the Creative Community 🚨

Hey fabulous content creators, beauty enthusiasts, and fellow Instagrammers! 🌟 I hope this blog post finds you well, amidst the hustle and bustle of our creative worlds. Today, I'm interrupting our regular programming to share a cautionary tale – a tale of scammy shenanigans that unfolded right in the heart of our beloved content creation community.

The Allure of @ecleansy: A Shady Proposal

Let's dive into the intriguing yet deceptive world of @ecleansy and the promise of a fruitful collaboration. They claimed to be a cutting-edge company specializing in innovative electric skincare devices, promising wonders for all skin types. Intriguing, right?

So, I, being the curious content creator that I am, took a stroll through their website. Seemed legit. Checked out their Instagram, and hey, they had a solid following. Things were looking good! They wanted me to create content for them – 5 photos for a sweet $550. Cha-ching! But, and there's always a but, I had to purchase their product with a 50% off discount code. A tiny red flag fluttered.

Now, I'm all for seizing opportunities, but the cautious little voice in my head started whispering, "Is this too good to be true?" I decided to dig a bit deeper and uncovered a tale of deception that sent shivers down my creative spine.

The Name Game: The Gentic, Skin Glo, The Glixis and ECleansy

Unmasking the identity-shifting scheme – how they've been changing names faster than a chameleon? Enter the name game: The Gentic, Skin Glo, The Glixis, and now ECleansy. A company by any other name, yet the scam remains the same.

Spotting Red Flags: After the fact

Mind you, I created stunning content, sent it over, and then – poof! Ghosted. Not a penny in sight. Smartly, I watermarked my pics, making it a tad trickier for the scammers. But I only found the bad reviews online after my pictures were already sent over.

Creators Deserve Better: A Plea to the Community

Why am I sharing this, you ask? Well, because I'm mad as heck! Creators deserve to be compensated for their hard work. We love collaborating, but let's be real – exposure doesn't pay the bills. The current cost of living is no joke, and we need to protect each other from these sneaky scammers.

So, dear creators, here's my plea to you: DON'T fall for the glitzy promises without doing some detective work. I appreciate every genuine company that works with me, but let's not be naive. Our art is valuable, and we deserve to be treated with respect and compensated fairly.

Spread the Word: Protecting Our Creative Realm

Spread the word, share this post, and let's create a shield against these scammers. No more falling for the same old tricks dressed in different names! Let's keep our creative community strong, vibrant, and scam-free. 💪✨

Stay fabulous, stay smart, and keep creating wonders!

Much love,
Jackie 💖
